1) Kit has to be started, be less than 50% complete and it has had to be boxed for over 1-year (honor system)
2) Kit has to be brought to a regular meeting or B&B to be registered. Present members will verify completion being less than 50%. Model can be entered at any time in the calendar year.
3) If kit is finished and brought to a meeting or B&B before the end of the calendar year assigned for completion, the reward is $75/model
4) Rewards are capped at $150/year/modeler
5) Fiscal responsibility clause: If the club balance drops below $5,000 the rewards are capped at $75/modeler and program could be discontinued by vote of the membership
6) Model entered for reward program accrues points towards yearly contest if brought to a regular meeting
7) Participation limited to paying HPM members in the year of entry registration and completion.
